Winkler Homes helps first-time homebuyers earn thousands through partnership with Guild Mortgage

Winkler Homes has partnered with Guild Mortgage to give first-time homebuyers the opportunity to earn up to $3,500 in rewards through the 3-2-1 Home loan program. The program gives first-time homebuyers who make a minimum down payment of 3% a $2,000 gift card to The Home Depot and a $1,500 grant toward closing costs.

To be eligible for the 3-2-1 Home loan program, at least one of the homebuyers working with Winkler Homes must be considered a first-time homebuyer. They must also fall within income and loan limits and have a minimum credit score of 620.
